Ensure access to the intake tract, preferably positioned behind the turbocharger and immediately after the air-flow sensor. Start the engine and spray the additive into the intake tract intermittently while the engine operates at moderate speeds (2,000-3,000 rpm). Adjust spraying intervals based on engine response: lengthen intervals if speed remains stable, shorten if speed fluctuates sharply (> 700 rpm). Regularly check the pump-spray bottle for sufficient pressure to maintain fine atomization. It’s important to adhere to the specified product information and dosing systems outlined here for optimal results. LIQUI MOLY cannot guarantee product performance if alternative dosing systems are used. It’s the user’s responsibility to verify the suitability of such systems. For comprehensive fuel system cleaning, it’s recommended to add Catalytic-System Clean (part no. 7110) directly to the fuel after applying this additive.
